My rating for Aura Cars is 100+/10. Not only was the customer service great but the whole process from applying for finance to driving off with a brand new car for my sons and I didn't take long to organize and finalize. My kids were over the moon when I got home and took them for a 1 hour joy ride around town sight seeing for our first time. The team at Aura cars are amazing and definately know how to make you feel comfortable and some what at ease and certain about your choice in trusting Aura cars and taking a financial risk. I was so happy to purchase a beautiful, reliable and affordable vehicle with storage space and seating. I'm confident that my new car will look after my little family and never let us down. Thanks to Aura cars, Thorne Finance and Quest Insurance I no longer have to rely on public transport/others, expensive taxis, walking in the rain with 2 children under 2, travel on intercity coaches or miss out on important appointments. Having this car has opened up new doors and given us a freedom we have never been able to experience and for that we are even so grateful. Thanks for everything, the happiest family.

Honestly I am very greatful for these guys for going above and beyond to ensure I drove away with the vehicle I wanted. These guys are highly recommended for sure, you won't be disappointed. Before signing my life away everything was read out loud and clear and they made sure I understood everything, and always asked me if I had any questions before I signed.
